About Keith
Keith, by trade, is a web developer. He works for a company in Edmonton, Canada called statusfirm where his title is that of “technical department manager”. He himself is not entirely certain what that means, but here’s a quick list of the things he does:
- Runs a department.
- Acts as “Development Manager” for several new projects.
- Acts as “Sustainment Manager” for Raw Vegas.
- Helps plan, and deploy new projects on a dizzying scale & impossible timeline.
- Designs and builds web pages with HTML & CSS.
- Programs with JavaScript, ActionScript & PHP.
- Plans, processes and implements web projects specializing in broadband video.
- Maintains existing projects such as CurlTV.com, Raw Vegas & TheEnergyNews.com.
He likes his job very much.
Keith is also a new father. On March 22nd, 2007 his wife Ali gave birth to a baby girl name Faye (Adèle). He is currently learning what it means to be a) a Dad, and b) sleep deprived.

Nice job on the blog, man. I read them all and find it quite entertaining to hear the rack outside of work. Apparantly you are quite genuine at work (as if I didn’t know that already), after reading the the home life stuff.
Enjoy the family, and keep up the great work! I hope that the TEN code is back to where you want it, as well!

Hi Keith:
My name is Alex Gordon and I work with the Interactive Team at Crispin Porter + Bogusky advertising.
What are you up to these days?

We’re specifically looking for outside-the-box thinkers, who suck down new technologies like Kool-Aid and who live to make the web a more interactive, well-designed experience. The perfect candidate thrives in a creative, idea-driven culture and wants to be a part of groundbreaking work.
Our clients include: Nike, American Express, Ask.com, Volkswagen, Sprite, Coke Zero, Burger King, etc.
Recent interactive work includes:
Vw.com
Simpsonizeme.com
Sublymonal.com
Petmoustache.com
Subservientchicken.com

Burger King Xbox games
At any rate, I would love to talk with you about your work and where you see yourself headed. Whether or not there is interest on your behalf I figure talented people always know other talented people, right? So I also encourage you to refer any friends/ colleagues you think would be interested in these opportunities.
Please shoot me an email when you have some time.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best – alex
